Few other white wines know how to conquer aficionados like the yellow ribolla. Autochthonous variety of the vast border area between Friuli-Venezia Giulia and Slovenia is in fact a grape that leads to the birth of white wines of great intensity and expressiveness, always intense and deeply mineral, fresh and characterized by excellent acidity.
The harvest is manual, the bunches are carefully selected before fermentation which takes place in stainless steel tanks, as well as the maturation of 6 months on the fine lees, suspended weekly through the practice of batonnage. All this to allow the grape variety to best express its typical and fresh personality.
