Ottella celebrates the history and potential of a territorial vine such as Trebbiano di Lugana, otherwise known as Turbiana. This version is the base, with essential and classic features. The Trebbiano di Lugana grapes, which make up this wine entirely, are harvested towards the end of September and are then pressed into whole bunches. The vinification takes place in steel and ends with a rapid refinement on its own fine lees. Tropical fruit and citrus notes define the olfactory profile of this wine. The palate tells the savory imprint of its territory of origin and the solidity of a structure capable of evolving.
