It is a Passito wine produced with 100% Moscato Bianco grapes, grown in the hilly area of Breganze, north of the city of Vicenza. It is a wine that fits into the great Venetian tradition of sweet wines. It is a young and fresh Passito which, thanks to a vinification only in steel, preserves the typical aromas and aromas of Muscat grapes, its floral and fruity fragrance. The Passito “Dindarello” was born in one of the most important wineries in the Breganze area.
The “Dindarello” by Maculan is a Passito made with the best grapes from the Moscato Bianco vineyards which, at the end of the harvest, are placed in wither for about a month in the loft. Once the berries have dehydrated, concentrating sugars and aromas, fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks. The wine ages for a few months in steel tanks before being bottled.
