“Dirupo”, here in its Brut version, is a Valdobbiadene Docg that comes from a selection of the steepest vineyards of Andreola, in the full spirit of a heroic viticulture that shapes hills with extreme slopes, giving us a literally “handmade” wine. Delicate, floral and fruity, with an elegant, fine and persistent perlage. There is no doubt that in recent times there has been a progressive affirmation of Prosecco Brut. It is in fact a typology capable of combining the characteristics of softness and floreality typical of the best Valdobbiadene wines with a certain verticality of taste, such as the Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Brut "Dirupo" di Andreola. The result is very elegant sparkling wines, perfect as an aperitif.
After manual harvesting, the grapes are softly pressed to extract only the free-run must. The wine ferments in steel tanks at a controlled temperature and the second fermentation takes place in steel autoclave according to the Martinotti method.
