Bollè Cuvèe Extra Dry comes from vines located on the hills of Col San Martino, Valdobbiadene area. The company has made the Glera grape the absolute protagonist of this sparkling wine, breeding it according to the modified cappuccina method. The harvest, strictly by hand, is done at the end of September. Subsequently we proceed with a soft pressing of the grapes and fermentation, carried out in stainless steel tanks. Sparkling with the Martinotti method and is followed by bottling. Approximately three months of bottle aging. The unmistakable quality is guaranteed by the excellent microclimate of the territory and the clayey soils that make the grapes grow luxuriantly.
