The "Montepulciano d'Abruzzo DOC" wine was born in the "La Valentina" farm located on the hills near Pescara.
Harvest at the end of September. Destemming, pressing, followed by maceration and fermentation for about 7 days in vertical steel vats. Controlled and completely carried out malolactic conversion, followed by aging in steel and cement tanks (of which 20% in wood) for a period of 12 months. More bottlings are made starting 15 months after the harvest
