It is produced with bunches of the autochthonous variety of the same name collected in vineyards located at altitudes between 250 and 300 meters above sea level, near Lake Caldaro. Fermentation in steel and maturation of 6 months in wooden barrels, in order to give greater elegance and aromatic complexity.
12 days of fermentation in steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation and aging in large oak barrels for several months.
