It is in the locality of Romagnano that the Ottella company raises the 18 hectares of vineyards from which it derives its Amarone della Valpolicella “Ripa della Volta”. As per traction, native grapes come to give a glass that reflects the maximum excellence of “made in Italy” when it comes to wine. Aged for three years in barriques and large Slavonian oak barrels, it is a wine that becomes a must when the preparations are those based on game or game. Drying in boxes from October to January. Fermentation in steel vats at a controlled temperature with subsequent passing over the Amarone marc for about 10 days. Aging in 25 hl Slavonian oak barrels and in French wooden barriques for about 3 years.
