Order modification or cancellation

If you want to change or cancel an order not yet shipped, contact us by filling out the form or via the chat services that you find at the bottom right. Once the order has started, it will be necessary to make a return.

Returns – Request and procedure

Within 14 calendar days of receiving the products, it is possible to request a return, according to the specifications and the procedure described below.

There must be no indications of products that have been opened, manipulated, aesthetically damaged or exposed to conditions that could deteriorate their quality. It is necessary to use the original protective packaging with which the product was received in perfect condition. The product must be properly stored inside the internal protections used by us.

The package must be returned, making sure to indicate all the sender’s data internally and externally (order number, name, surname, address).

The return of the products will result in a refund of their net value of any discounts. Shipping and return costs are excluded and are charged to the customer. In the case of discounts or promotions applied based on the number of bottles, order value or other methods of application, the total value of the order will be recalculated, net of returned bottles. Purchases made with gift vouchers will be reimbursed with a re-credit of the value of the reimbursed products as a “gift voucher”.

Before making a return it is necessary that you contact us to start the process, do not proceed independently, otherwise it will be impossible for us to manage the return.
